Costumes bought can be exchanged or refunded if we are notified within 1 day of purchase from shop or 1 day from delivery if delivery option is chosen. Costume needs to be brought to the shop the soonest possible.
If we are not notified within 24 hours from collection/delivery costume cannot be exchanged nor refunded
